MOMA MART Popup

The MoMA Design Store is launching a playful pop-up shop, MoMA Mart, that reimagines everyday food as design-forward objects for the home. The pop-up draws inspiration from food’s long-standing role in art and design, featuring items that resemble familiar kitchen staples and then reveal themselves as lamps, clocks, candles, stools and sculptural décor. People can shop there.

Join us for a fun, in-person event where kids can play, create, and get moving.

2nd Annual FiDi STEAMfest

The 2nd Annual FiDi STEAMfest is a high-energy, hands-on celebration of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math for kids ages 1–12. Hosted by Pine Street School in partnership with the award-winning education team at NORY, the event features interactive stations where children can build robots, explore coding and circuitry, tackle design challenges, and dive into sensory-rich experiments that spark curiosity and creativity.

The event is designed so kids can jump right in—whether they love to build, move, create, or take things apart to see how they work.

Governors Island Ice Sculpture Show

Governors Island Arts presents the fifth annual Governors Island Ice Sculpture Show. This free public event brings together ten artists, each paired with a professional ice carver from Okamoto Studio, for live, real-time ice carving across the Island. Visitors can enjoy ice carving workshops, a DJ, and more.

FREE VALENTINE MAKING WORKSHOP

All we need is LOVE! Take part in this time-honored annual Battery Park City tradition, where participants are invited to make handmade cards for their loved ones! Cut, paste, and decorate with provided materials and don't forget to seal it with a kiss! Art projects are designed for ages 4 and up.

Kids Week at Bryant Park

Kids take over the skating rink and can join a free skate lesson* with our favorite coaches, watch junior skaters perform on the ice, and skate around to music from iconic kids’ shows and movies. The fun continues off the ice with themed activities and workshops each day from 9:30am-noon.
Most programs are designed for kids ages 4-6, but all ages are welcome!
*Kids must be able to stand on their own on the ice for the free skate lesson

Bryant Park - Winter Storytime with Cali Co Cat

Cali Co Cat hosts a morning of meow-sic and purr-cussion during these winter storytime sessions. Bring your imagination and storytelling skills to enjoy some tales with your favorite feline.

Kids' Night on Broadway

Kids' Night on Broadway will return on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, with 18 participating Broadway shows. A program allows anyone 18 and under to attend a participating Broadway show for free when accompanied by a full-paying adult. Tickets will be available for purchase at a later date.
